Shiite News: As part of the international programs marking the Week of al-Sadiqayn (peace be upon them), a high-level delegation from the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) visited the renowned religious institution Jamia Al-Kauthar in Islamabad and delivered a special address to its students.

Led by Sheikh Karrar Al-Khafaji, head of the Department of Religious Affairs at the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the delegation first visited the shrine of Ayatollah Sheikh Mohsin Ali Najafi (may his soul rest in peace), known as a benefactor of the Muslim community, and recited Fateha there.

The delegation then toured various departments of the seminary and met with students. Sheikh Karrar Al-Khafaji urged the students to make the most of their youth and the valuable opportunities available to them for acquiring knowledge. He encouraged them to work hard and strive to build a bright future for themselves in the fields of religious scholarship and Islamic propagation.

During the delegation’s visit to Pakistan, Sheikh Karrar Al-Khafaji expressed his happiness and satisfaction over the warm welcome and excellent hospitality extended by the believers.

Meanwhile, the administration of Jamia Al-Kauthar thanked the distinguished delegation for visiting the institution, saying that their presence had further filled the seminary’s atmosphere with the fragrance of love and devotion to Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the “Saqi al-Kawthar.”
