Allama Sajid Naqvi Invited to May 3 Chehlum Gathering in Karachi

Allama Sadiq Taqvi and Allama Aqeel Musa meet Allama Syed Sajid Naqvi, invite him to May 3 Chehlum gathering

ShiiteNews: In connection with the central Chehlum (40th day commemoration) of the martyred Grand Ayatollah Syed Ali Khamenei and his devoted followers, to be held on May 3 at Nishtar Park, Karachi, two members of the central committee, Maulana Aqeel Musa and Maulana Syed Sadiq Raza Taqvi, met the head of Shia Ulema Council, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, in Rawalpindi and invited him to attend the event.

Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi warmly accepted the invitation but expressed his inability to attend due to prior commitments. During the meeting, unity, mutual recognition, tolerance, and love were emphasized as the foundation for collective action.

The central committee members briefed him on efforts to maintain an atmosphere of unity in the country following the martyrdom of the leader, which Allama Sajid Naqvi appreciated. He stated that they are aware of elements that attempt to disrupt unity and are making efforts to address and improve the situation.
