Minar-e-Pakistan gathering is religious, has no connection to politics: Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri
ShiiteNews: Chairman of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan and Leader of the Opposition in the Senate of Pakistan, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, visited the central secretariat of ISO Pakistan, Al-Mustafa House, in Lahore. On this occasion, he met with the Central President of Imamia Students Organization Pakistan, Syed Amin Shirazi, and consulted regarding the gathering to be held on June 13 at Minar-e-Pakistan.
Also present at the meeting were Khateeb of the Shrine of Imam Hussain (A.S), Allama Syed Zaheer-ul-Hasan Karbalai, Rafiq Shaheed Hussaini (R.A) Allama Musharraf Hussaini, former Central President of ISO Pakistan Athar Imran, Hassan Arif, Syed Fakhar Abbas, head of Al-Mahdi Training Institute ISO Pakistan Allama Asad Abbas Naqvi, and Syed Hasnain Jafar Zaidi.

During the meeting, discussions were held regarding arrangements and coordination strategies for the June 13 gathering. Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri stated that this gathering would be a historic and exemplary event in Pakistan, where not only all Shia organizations but also Sunni elders, scholars, and spiritual leaders would participate.
He emphasized that this is a mourning gathering organized to pay tribute to the martyred leader Syed Ali Khamenei, and it has no political agenda.
