Allama Imami asks CM Sindh to take notice of Sindhi Taliban

Allama Mukhtar Imami, secretary general, Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, has urged the Chief Minister Sindh to take notice of Sindhi Taliban who are involved in terrorist attacks in the province mainly in Karachi.

“Taliban has made their sanctuaries in Sindh province also and now media too recognized the term Sindh Taliban due to PNS Dockyard attack,” he said speaking at MWM provincial cabinet on Tuesday.

He said that Sindh was land of great saints such as Lal Shahbaz Qalandar and Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai who always preached love and tolerance hence Sindh Chief Minister should take action against the Taliban in Sindh and crush them wherever they were hiding.

“Apart from terrorism, Sindh Government should tell us what sorts of precautionary measured she adopted so far to avoid losses due to flood in Sindh. Is there any concrete policy to save Sindh from devastating flood,” he asked.

Allama Imami said that soon the flood victims would also join sit-in in Islamabad and the masses flood would wash away the rulers if they didn’t surrender to the legitimate demands of the leadership of Inqilab March and allied parties.
