Shiite News: On the occasion of the martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hasan (AS) in Parachinar, a mourning gathering was held in the central Imam Bargah.
The scholars paid their respects to Muhammad Mustafa (peace be upon him) and Imam Hasan (AS) and shed light on their life in detail. All markets and business centers of Parachinar remained closed on this occasion.
On the other hand, in Lahore, the martyrdom day of Hazrat Imam Hasan (A.S.) was observed with great devotion and respect.
On the martyrdom day of Hazrat Imam Hasan (AS), a procession of the ‘Shabi e Taboot’ image of the coffin of Imam Hassan (AS) was taken out from inside Mochi Gate in Lahore.
Before the departure of the procession, prominent religious scholar Allama Hassan Zafar Naqvi addressed and described the sufferings of Hazrat Imam Hassan (a.s).
The procession taken out from Hussainiya Hall through its traditional routes ended at Indroun Mochi Gate.
In the procession, the mourners chanted and mourned. Ziarat Mohalla Shiaan, Gujar Street, Lal Khoh, Akbari Mandi, Kharadiya Mohalla reached. From Kharadi Mohalla, the procession went to Kotwali Chowk, Chohta Mufti Baqir, from where the procession through Ziarat Nisar Haveli ended at the Andron Mochi gate.
A Majlis Aza was held at the Minhaj Al Hussain (AS) in Johar Town, which was addressed by Aqeel Mohsin Naqvi and the ‘Shabi Taboot’ Imam Hassan (AS) was took out. The procession passed through the designated routes and ended by reaching Minhaj Al Hussain. On this occasion, a large number of devotees participated in the procession.
Similarly, mourning processions were also held in other areas of Lahore. ‘Sharbat Sabeel’ and cold water were placed on the route of the processions.
