MWM rallies across Pakistan to support sit in by families of missing Shias. Supporters throng streets across the country to mark solidarity with the families staging sit in outside house of President of Pakistan Arif Alvi in Karachi.

Allama Raja Nasir appeal come to fruition

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen secretary general Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari had appealed to all Pakistanis to observe Friday as a day of protest.

He urged all to come out on streets in rallies to mark solidarity with the affected families of missing Shias.

The elderly grandparents, mothers, sisters, spouses, children, the entire family of the missing Shias are sitting outside President Dr Arif Alvi Karachi residence.

Shia Muslims rally across Pakistan

Therefore, MWM supporters staged huge rallies from Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan to Karachi.

They largely participated in demonstrations and rallies in federal capital city Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Parachinar, Gilgit and Skardu.

Furthermore, they held huge rallies in Multan, Faisalabad, Bhakkar, Chiniot, Jhang, Uch Sharif, Dera Ghazi Khan, Rahim Yar Khan.

The MWM supporters staged demos and rallies in Hyderabad, Thatta, Sujawal, Tando Mohammad Khan, Naushehro Feroze, Sukkur, Shikarpur, Larkana, Kashmore, Jacobabad, Naseerabad and many other cities.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari, Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain, Allama Syed Hassan Zafar Naqvi, Allama Agha Ali Rizvi, Allama Baqir Abbas Zaidi, Allama Hassan Raza Hamdani, Allama Sadiq Raza Taqvi, Allama Maqsood Domki, Allama Sadiq Jafari, Allama Mubashir, Allama Ali Anwar Jafari and other eminent scholars and notables spoke there.

Shia families continue sit-in in Karachi

Certainly, the protesters across Pakistan expressed solidarity with the affected families of Shia missing persons.

They vowed their all out support to the legitimate demands of the families.

They demanded that captors must free all missing Shias from enforced disappearance forthwith..

 

All Shia missing persons must be freed from enforced disappearance forthwith.

They backed the demand to make the cops accountable for subjecting innocent Shias to enforced disappearance.

The elderly grandparents, mothers, sisters, spouses, children, are sitting outside President Dr Arif Alvi Karachi residence. That means the entire family of the missing Shias sitting at protest venue.

Most importantly, they continued their sit-in for sixth consecutive day on Friday.
