Corps Commander Lt Gen Bilal Akbar meets notables in Skardu Visit

Pakistan Army Commander of 10th Corps Lieutenant General Bilal Akbar visited Skardu where he met with notables of the region who exchanged views on overall situation and security situation.

Those present at the meeting were: Friday prayer leader Allama Shaikh Hassan Jafari, Anjuman Imamia Baltistan head Allama Syed Baqir Hussaini, Sunni scholar Bilal Zuberi, Speaker Gilgit Baltistan Assembly Fida Nashad, senior minister Haji Akbar Taban, Chairman Public Accounts Committee GB Sikandar Ali, members of GB Assembly Kachu Imtiaz and Imran Nadeem.
They expressed solidarity with armed forces for defence of the country and vowed to support them.
The Corps Commander was accompanied by Force Commander FCNA Major General Ahsan Mehmood Khan, commander 63 Brigade and other military officials.
