ISO chief asks CJP to take notice of enforced disappearance of Shia Muslims
Imamia Students Organisation president Ansar Mehdi has asked the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motu notice of enforced disappearance of innocent Shia Muslims.
He said that dozens of innocent Shia youths and scholars were taken into undeclared custody and illegal detention. He asked the CJP to ensure either they should be released forthwith or should be produced in the court of law.
Ansar Mehdi appreciated CJP for taking notice of Shia Hazara killings in Quetta. He said that terrorists involved in Shia Hazara killings must be awarded capital punishment and security of lives of Hazara should also be ensured.
He said that struggle of Shia Hazara and their supporters bore fruit and they got their demands accepted.
