Sunni Council says takfiris target Sunni-Shia Muslims at behest of U.S.

Sunni Ittehad Council’s Karachi chapter president Maulana Faisal Azizi has said that Yazidi takfiri terrorists were targeting Sunnis and Shiites alike because the global imperialist power U.S. hired them to do so.
In an interview, he said, attack on Ashura procession in Rawalpindi was a deep-rooted plot to hoodwink people and divert their attention from the real problem that terrorists pose threat to Pakistan.

He said that subsequent demands to ban the azadari and Eid Milad ul Nabi (PBUH)’s processions reflected the Yazidi mindset and that must be rejected.

He said that ban on the aforesaid Islamic processions was being orchestrated to advance the terrorists agenda who have always sabotaged such processions.
