Leader of Republican People’s Party blames Erdogan for violence and killing in Syria
Turkish Republican People’s Party leader, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, blamed Prime Minister Recep Taiyyip Edogan for the killing and violence going on in Syria, pointing out that the policies of the Turkish government since the beginning of the crisis in Syria “have been wrong and dangerous.”
In a statement from the city of Tunceli, east Turkey, Kilicdaroglu stressed that the policies of the Turkish government “puts the national security of Turkey at stakes,” calling on Erdogan to abandon these “wrong policies which have destroyed Syria as well.”
Meanwhile, a Turkish human rights committee accused the Turkish government of offering “all forms of financial and military support to the armed terrorist groups in Syria, including Jabhat al-Nusra.”
