MWM condemns desecration of Holy Quran

Majlis Wehat Muslimeen (MWM) Central Secretary General Maulana Raja Nasir Abbas Jaffari has vehemently condemned the desecration of holy Quran in American State Florida by American pastor Terry Johns.

According to the Shiite News correspondent, He demanded of the Government of Pakistan to record the official protest from Government of United States on the desecration of Quran in American state and underlined the Â need to pressurize the World Community to trial the extremist pastor Terry Johns on International Court.

He pointed out that American government was equally responsible of the desecration of holy Quran by American Pastor.

He said that the burning of Holy Quran by American pastor Terry Johns has badly hurt the sentiments of Muslims across the world and warned that the massive protest demonstration will be observed across the Muslim World if the American Government will not take immediate action against Terry Johnâ€™s.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas said that Islam is the religion of peace and prosperity saying that Muslims will not abuse any religion and not tolerate the desecration of their religion as well.

He termed that the humiliation of holy Quran is a well-planned conspiracy of Jews and Nasarahâ€™s to provoke the sentiments of the Muslims of the world saying that the desecration of Holy Quran was the grave example of extremism.
