Palestine issue kept alive by Iran and allies, says Pakistani analyst

Pakistan analyst Shehzad Chaudhry has praised Shia majority Islamic Republic of Iran and its allied- Syria and Iraq for keeping the Palestinian issue alive across the world.

Speaking at a private news channel, he said, occupied Jerusalem is part of the Palestinian issue and United Nations Security Council and General Assembly also declared it a disputed matter. He said that international law too doesn’t recognize Israel’s claim to Jerusalem that she occupied in June 1967 war.
He said that US itself had been advocating two-state solution hence the Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital has killed US diplomacy on the issue, as well.
