Nasir Shirazi released after illegal detention for a month

Prominent Shia politician and lawyer Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi has been released, his brother Ali Abbas said in the wee hours Saturday. He was kidnapped on November 1, 2017.

The abductors got Nasir Shirazi to talk to his brother Fakhar Shirazi by phone and informed him that he was present at that place hence he should come and get him to back to home. His brother reached the given spot where he found his brother. They returned to the Lahore house of brother where his family members had also gathered.
Lahore High Court had ordered his production in the court on December 4 hence his brother said now they would produce him in the court.
His brother Ali Abbas who had filed petition against his petition, thanked Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari, MWM and other friends (ISO) who struggled for his release and left no stone unturned in this effort.
