Nasir Shirazi not produced in the LHC even today despite repeated orders

Renowned Shia politician and lawyer Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi has not been produced in the court despite repeated orders of Lahore High Court and his non-production has angered the august court today.

The LHC judge admonished the government officials saying that he had no interest in the party and sect but his concern was that a Pakistani citizen has gone missing. He asked the SSP to work as a servant of the State. He said he would hold daily hearing of the case.
The lawyers for the complainant produced the statement of Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah he made to a TV talk show on which the LHC judge said it means Punjab Law Minister was aware of entire incident.
Attorney General told the Court that he had got information from federal government that said Nasir Shirazi was not in the custody of ISI and Intelligence Bureau.
Attorney General and SSP requested the court for in-camera briefing on which the LHC judge announce next hearing later today.
Syed Asad Abbas Naqvi, secretary political affairs of MWM, religious scholars and leaders of MWM Punjab chapter were present at the court hearing.
