Rana Sanaullah malicious sectarian statement against Judge challenged in LHC

Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah maliciously tried to fan sectarian hatred against the impartial judge who prepared a fair inquiry report on Model Town massacre in which at least 14 supporters of Allama Dr Tahirul Qadri, chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek, were killed. His biased malicious and incorrect statement was challenged in the Lahore High Court by Syed Nasir Abbas Shirazi.

Shirazi, deputy secretary general, Majlis-e-Wahdat-s-Muslimeen, said in his petition that Rana Sanaullah tried to divide the state organ judiciary by calling justice Baqir as Shia and his decision as sectarian. He said that his incorrect statement amounted to rebellion and he might be disqualified as a member of the Punjab legislature.

Rana Sanaullah is a declared ally of proscribed terrorist outfit ASWJ/Sipah-e-Sahaba, the mother of all terrorism and a Deobandi takfiri outfit which Sunni Muslims disowned saying that ASWJ is not a Sunni organization. Dr Tahir ul Qadri is a Sunni scholar and Justice Baqair Najafi’s report declared truth behind the massacre of Sunni Muslims by Rana Sana’s Punjab government and police that is considered an ally o Deobandi takfiri terrorist outfit (banned) ASWJ.
