Daesh eliminated in Iraq due to Ulema, people and state: says Allama Haideri

Takfiri terrorist outfit Daesh (ISIS) has been eliminated in Mosul and other parts of Iraq because of united efforts of the State (government and security forces), Ulema and people because Marjaiyyat appealed to people for jihad against the terrorists together with their security forces.

These views were expressed by Allama Afzal Haideri, secretary general of Wifaq ul Madaris Shia Pakistan.
He said that cooperation of Ulema and people with the government and government’s appreciation and recognition of this support played key role in liberation of Mosul and other parts of Iraq from Daesh. He said Iraq’s anti-takfiri fight was a model for other countries to learn lesson and emulate this model to rid their countries of takfiri terrorism.
Allama Haideri said that Islam is a religion of peace while takfiri terrorists were created by US agencies to defame Islam and Muslims.
He alerted the powers that be that Pakistan also need to eliminate Taliban and allied terrorist groups who had attacked civilians and security forces alike. He alerted that inaction against the terrorists was deleterious for Pakistan.
