Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain exonerated of false charges by court

Renowned Shia scholar Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain has been absolved of false charges of hate speech. He was implicated in baseless charges because someone wanted to pressurize him not to struggle for rights of disadvantaged Shia Muslims and also wanted to discourage him from his efforts for unity of Sunni and Shia Muslim.

Allama Mirza Yousuf Hussain is Friday prayer leader of Jamey Masjid Noor-e-Eemaan and founding president of Muttahida Ulema Mahaz (United Scholars Front), an Organisation of both Sunni and Shia Muslim scholars.
He was accused of hate speech during funeral procession of martyr Khurram Zaki, a civil society activist, who embraced martyrdom at the hands of the takfiri terrorists of banned outfit. But, finally the Court absolved the veteran scholar of the false charges against him.
