Shia scholar embraces martyrdom in Karachi due to ASWJ firing

A Shia scholar was martyred in a targeted attack by terrorists of banned Deobandi ASWJ in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of Karachi on Tuesday night.

Mohammed Kazim Raza Shakiri, 39, was riding a motorcycle when Deobandi takfiri terrorists of Daesh-allied ASWJ riding on motorbike targeted him from behind near Mir Munawar Chowrangi.
Shia scholar sustained critical bullet injuries and died on the spot.
“It appeared to be a targeted killing incident linked with sectarianism,” opined Superintendent Police Dr. Fahad Ahmed.
Mr. Shakiri was returning after imparting Quranic education to his students when he was made target.
Meanwhile, Majlis-e-Wahdatul Muslimeen (MWM) condemned the incident and demanded of the law enforcement agencies to take notice of the genocide against Shia Muslims in the city of Karachi.
