MWM leader says Azmat-e-Wilayat Conference will be held at all cost
Allama Sadiq Raza Taqvi, deputy secretary general of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Sindh chapter, has vowed that the Azmat-e-Wilayat Conference would be held at all cost on Sunday.
Speaking to the heads and members of the arrangement committees of the conference, Allama Taqvi condemned the government’s policy towards Shia Muslims. He said that the government has not yet granted formal permission to hold the conference that was unfair.
“On the one hand, outlawed terrorist outfit staged a rally on Thursday in Karachi and shouted anti-Shia slogans inciting people to kill Shiites but government took no action against them and on the other peaceful and law abiding Shiites are denied to hold an anti-terrorists conference,†he compared.
He said that Azmat-e-Wilayat Conference would be a milestone in the political history of Pakistan.
