Zaid Hamid Affirms Tariq Jamil’s Ban, Tableeghi Jamaat being Recruits of Terrorists

Defense analyst Zaid Zaman Hamid confirmed and commented on the much talked and debated news of renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil’s ban on giving out lectures, motivational speeches and being invited as guest at Forces’ premises.

National Intel Agencies have put a ban on Tariq Jameel for visiting Armed Forces organizations for his connections with terrorist gangs.

He affirms that Tariq Jamil and his Tableeghi Jamaat has connections with terrorist outfits, nurturing militants within their flanks.

He alleged that under the patronage of Maulana Tariq Jamil Tableeghi Jamaat has become a recruiting ground for religious and sectarian terrorists across Pakistan.

Zaid Hamid confirmed that the Punjab government has already banned the Jamaat to enter educational institutions across the province, banning any of their involvement as they stand a hiring forum training militants.
