Punjab Govt Abducted Islamic Preacher from Mashhad; Still Missing

Majlis Wahdat ul Muslimeen in-charge Mashhad-e-Muqaddas, Maulana Aqeel Khan has suddenly disappeared from Sarghodha.

Maulana Aqeel was present at the MWM leader Allama Raja Nasir Abbas’s hunger strike camp in Islamabad during the month of Ramazan. He left for his home town a few days back due important affairs.

Initial details reveal that Maulana Aqeel, missing for the past eleven (11) days, is abducted by government agencies. It’s not past our agencies to go about this event, as evident in the past where clerics from Iran were abducted, later to be torture and released.  

MWM has urged the government to ensure Maulana Aqeels’ return soonest.
