3 terrorists held for planning to kill Shia politicians, an officer

At least three terrorists wanted by police in targeted killings cases were arrested by CID Police.
 The terrorists belonging to takfiri nasbi outlawed terrorist group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi/TTP were also planning to assassinate Haider Abbas Rizvi, a leader of the MQM and a legislator of Pakistani parliament and Faisal Raza Abidi, a leader of the Pakistan People’s Party and a Senator of Pakistan’s legislative body Senate.
 
According to the CID Police, the arrested terrorists were also planning to kill Syed Hashim Raza Zaidi, Commissioner of Karachi who is also a Shia Muslim.  
 
The terrorists confessed before the CID Police that they had finalized their plan and also closely watched their activities by chasing them.
