Philippine authorities were on March 2, 2016 probing the assassination attempt against an influential Saudi preacher who was on an so-called “Islamic State” (ISIS , ISIL or Daesh) terrorist group hit list, after the gunman was killed and two suspects arrested, AFP reports.
