Pakistan is not a colony of any country, including Saudi Arabia: Allama Nasir Abbas

MWM Pakistan’s central General Secretary Allama Raja Nasir Abbas while commenting on Saudi Defense Minister Muhammad Bin Salman’s visit to Pakistan said “Saudi government has been pressurizing the government of Pakistan for accepting its demands that are against our national esteem and extremely dangerous for our national interests. Saudi importunity could cause serious threats for Pakistan”.

In a statement issued from Wahdat House, Allama Raja Nasir said “Diplomatic relaitons should be practiced in a diplomatic manner. Pakistan is not a colony of any country, including Saudi Arabia, rather an independent state therefore, the Parliament and major political parties should be consulted and taken into confidence before settling any matter with Saudi Arabia. The nation will not allow Nawaz Sharif to take decision individually that is going to affect our relations with other Muslim countries. The real objectives and purposes of the alliance that Saudi Arabia is making, in name of fighting against terrorism, are extremely dangerous. The US’ rulers have confirmed that this effort by Saudi Arabia is the practical implication of the US’ wishes. Islamic world should become aware of this conspiracy against Muslim Ummah and Pakistan should refrain from becoming a part of any such alliance that is going to serve the enemies of the Islamic world”.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas further said “Our country is passing through a sensitive phase and we are faced with various issues, both on internal and external grounds. The same enemies of Islam who have kept terrorists motivated and actuated against the security and stability of Muslim countries, including Pakistan, and to make them internally weak have now been trying to create differences between Muslim countries in order to destroy the unity of Muslim Ummah. We should foil this enemies’ agenda with wisdom and thoughtful decisions”.
