Raja Nasir Abbas Speaks on Science, Islam and Education in Islamabad

Islam Is a Religion of Knowledge and Awareness and Encourages Reflection on the Universe: Senator Raja Nasir Abbas

Shiite News: Leader of the Opposition in the Senate and Chairman of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri, visited AIMS School and College in Islamabad. On the occasion, he participated as the chief guest in an academic and intellectual session on the topic “Science and Islam” and addressed the participants.

During his address, Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri discussed the relationship between science and Islam, the significant contributions of Muslim thinkers to the development of modern science, and the intellectual and research responsibilities of the younger generation.

He encouraged the students to make knowledge, research, ethics and character-building guiding principles in their lives. He emphasized that Islam is a religion of knowledge and awareness and encourages human beings to reflect on and explore the mysteries of the universe through observation, research and inquiry.

A large number of teachers, students and individuals associated with the education sector attended the academic session and showed keen interest in the discussion.

At the conclusion of the event, the administration of AIMS School and College presented Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri with an honorary shield in recognition of his academic, educational and national services. The administration also thanked him for his visit and described his address as valuable guidance for the intellectual development of students.
