Bail Applications Rejected in Dera Ismail Khan Child Abuse Case

Shiite News: The Child Protection Court in Dera Ismail Khan has rejected the pre-arrest bail applications of a madrasa administrator and his associate in a serious case involving alleged sexual abuse of children.

According to details, Gomal University Police registered a case under serious legal provisions against Maulvi Muhammad Aamir, administrator of Madrasa Syed Hajra Lilbanat, and his associate Safdar Hussain.

According to the FIR, the accused allegedly sexually abused at least five students between the ages of 11 and 16 and threatened them with serious consequences if they disclosed the alleged abuse to anyone.

Child Protection Court Judge Shahzad Akhundzada heard arguments from both sides and reviewed the case record before rejecting the bail applications. The court directed the relevant Station House Officer and investigating officer to proceed with the case in accordance with the law.

The court’s decision means the accused will not receive protection from arrest through pre-arrest bail in the case. The allegations remain subject to the ongoing legal process and determination by the competent court.
