Iranian Chief Justice Issues Strong Response to Trump: “Strait of Hormuz Is an Irrevocable Part of Iran”
Shiite News: Iran’s Chief Justice, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, has strongly responded to statements by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the Strait of Hormuz, saying that the waterway is an “irrevocable part” of Iran’s territorial and border jurisdiction and that any adventurism against it would receive a decisive response.
In a statement posted on social media, the head of Iran’s judiciary described Trump’s claims as unfounded, saying that Iran’s legitimate rights over the Strait of Hormuz are recognized under international law and the principles of national sovereignty.

Mohseni-Ejei said Trump was facing failures in the political and military spheres and was attempting to attract attention through such statements. He warned that Iran would take all necessary measures to protect its national sovereignty and regional interests and would not accept any form of pressure or interference concerning the Strait of Hormuz.
