Two Hazara Shia Youths Abducted in Mastung, Courier Company Employees Kidnapped from Khad Kocha

Shiite News: Two Shia youths belonging to the Hazara community from Quetta have reportedly been abducted in Mastung district, Balochistan. The victims, who worked for a private courier company, were allegedly kidnapped from the Khad Kocha area of Mastung while on duty.

According to reports, both abductees belong to Quetta’s Hazara community and are relatives. The owner of the courier company stated that no group has claimed responsibility for the abduction so far, while efforts are underway to secure their safe recovery.

The affected families and local residents have expressed grave concern over the incident and urged the government to take immediate action to ensure the safe release of the two youths. However, no significant action has yet been announced by the authorities.

It is worth noting that Mastung has witnessed several terrorist incidents in recent months. Security forces also conducted a clearance operation in the same area only a few days ago. Despite these measures, the abduction of the two Hazara Shia youths highlights continuing security challenges in the region.
