Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, Maulana Fazlur Rehman Agree to Reject Abraham Accords

Shiite News: Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, telephoned Maulana Fazlur Rehman and extended Eid-ul-Adha greetings to him.

The two leaders held a detailed discussion on the country’s political situation. During the conversation, both agreed not to recognize the Abraham Accords. They stated that the government should adopt a clear policy regarding Palestine and reject the Abraham Accords. It was also decided to adopt a joint stance on the Palestine issue and increase pressure on the government.

Jamaat-e-Islami chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman also telephoned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan and former National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser to extend Eid-ul-Adha greetings. The three leaders also discussed the country’s current political situation.
