Strong Protest in Shakrial Islamabad Against Government Action Targeting Sacred Religious Sites
According to ShiiteNews, a peaceful protest rally was held in Shakrial, Islamabad, against the government administration’s orders to demolish Masjid Al-Qaim (AS), Imambargah Qasr-e-Sakina bint-e-Hussain (AS), and the shrine of Hazrat Boota Sharif.

The protest rally was attended by Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Punjab Provincial President Allama Syed Ali Akbar Kazmi, Rawalpindi District President Allama Syed Awan Ali Shah, representatives of various national and religious organizations, religious scholars, and a large number of male and female participants who strongly condemned the move.
Participants stated that any action against Islamic sacred sites and religious centers is unacceptable, and the public will continue to raise its voice at every level for the protection of religious symbols and institutions.
