Raja Nasir Abbas Announces MWM Candidates for Gilgit-Baltistan Elections

“Gilgit-Baltistan Elections: Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri Announces Candidates”

According to ShiiteNews, the head of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Pakistan, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, has announced the names of party candidates for the upcoming Gilgit-Baltistan elections.

For Gilgit District One, constituency GBA-1, Muhammad Ilyas Siddiqui has been nominated as the candidate. In Nagar District Two, constituency GBA-5, Riaz Akbar has been awarded the party ticket. Meanwhile, Muhammad Kazim Meesam has been nominated from Skardu Two, constituency GBA-8.

Similarly, Wazir Azhar Mehdi has been nominated from Skardu Three, constituency GBA-9, Mushtaq Hakeem from Skardu Four, constituency GBA-10, and Muhammad Saeed from Shigar, constituency GBA-12.

Muhammad Akram Khan has been nominated from Ghanche One, constituency GBA-22, while Farhat Aman has been declared the candidate from Gilgit Two, constituency GBA-2.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri issued the party tickets after consultation with the Political Council of Gilgit-Baltistan. In other constituencies, MWM will support Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) candidates, while PTI has also announced support for MWM candidates in the mentioned constituencies instead of fielding its own candidates.
