Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi held a telephone conversation with Field Marshal Asim Munir and appreciated Pakistan’s continuous and effective efforts to bring the war to an end.
Abbas Araghchi stated that Pakistan’s constructive and responsible role is commendable, and he praised its efforts in promoting peace and stability in the region as well as its role in achieving a ceasefire.

He also discussed with the Field Marshal the alleged ceasefire violations by Israel in Iran and Lebanon.
Earlier, in a statement, Abbas Araghchi expressed gratitude on behalf of Iran to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, acknowledging their tireless efforts to end the conflict in the region.
