According to Owais Rabbani, Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza was arrested under pressure from a special group (he was referring to Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan). Although earlier, Deobandi Mufti Tariq Masood, despite serious blasphemy, was saved only by repenting.

According to Owais Rabbani, the most painful thing is that Muhammad Ali Mirza was tortured inside the prison and some members of the group were allowed to treat him as they wished as long as he remained in prison, then he would be released.

He said that this is a very sad situation, a dangerous, frightening and terrifying environment has been created in Pakistan in the name of false blasphemy. This degradation and humiliation is the malice of these scoundrels.

The sad thing is that our state is also an equal partner in this heinous game, as a result of which while the guilty are killed extrajudicially, innocent people are also killed or put behind bars under the guise of personal grudges or false accusations.
