Raid on Aleema Khanum’s House worst example of state repression: Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri

Shiite News: Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri strongly condemned the armed raid on the Lahore residence of Aleema Khanum, sister of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, and the abduction of her son Shahrez Khan in front of innocent children.
Calling the incident “the worst example of state oppression, cowardice, and fascism,” the MWM chief said that this action is a blatant violation of the Constitution, the law, and basic human rights.

He stressed that targeting women and children in political vendettas exposes the ugly face of the ruling clique and their patrons.
Senator Raja Nasir Abbas demanded the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take immediate notice and ensure the safe recovery of Shahrez Khan. “If the judiciary fails to act, nothing will stop Pakistan from turning into a banana republic,” he warned.
He further said that such acts of oppression will only fuel hatred and resentment, leading to consequences far more disastrous than satisfying the egos of those in power.
