Iranian President’s first official visit to Pakistan, preparations for high-level talks complete

Shiite News: A statement issued by the Foreign Office spokesperson said that the Iranian President is paying this visit at the invitation of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, which will be his first visit to Pakistan as President.

The spokesperson said that a high-level delegation will also arrive in Pakistan along with the Iranian President, which will include Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi and other important officials.

During the visit, the Iranian President will have separate meetings with the President of Pakistan and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, while detailed talks will also be held at the delegation level.

These meetings will discuss various important issues including bilateral relations, regional cooperation, trade, energy and border security.

According to the Foreign Office, this visit of Dr. Masoud Pazishkian will play an important role in further strengthening the brotherly relations between the two countries.

It should be remembered that Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif visited Iran on May 26 this year, after which this is a continuation of high-level bilateral contacts.

Officials say that the visit of the Iranian president will open new doors of cooperation between the two countries and promote stability and development in the region.
