Al-Sudani meets with the Secretary-General of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq Movement

Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani met today, Tuesday, with the Secretary-General of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq Movement, Sheikh Qais Al-Khazali.

The Prime Minister’s media office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA):”The meeting included a review of the latest developments and the ongoing preparations for hosting the Arab Summit in the capital, Baghdad—an important step toward strengthening Iraq’s regional relations and coordinating positions on pressing issues and challenges, particularly as Iraq’s pivotal role continues to grow in Arab and regional affairs.”

The discussions also addressed a number of key national issues, including the implementation of the government program, the completion of service projects, the advancement of economic development, and the fulfillment of the Iraqi people’s aspirations across all regions of the country.
