Deployment of Rangers in Skardu is not acceptable, Syed Baqir Al Hussaini

Shiite News: President and Deputy Imam of Anjuman Imamiya Baltistan, Skardu Agha Baqir Al Hussaini has said that he is very grateful to all security institutions, including Al-Abbas Scouts, for ending Ashura peacefully.

However, there is a public concern that the Skardu Rangers have been deployed.

If the deployment of Rangers was for security during Ashura, they should be respectfully sent back after the end of Ashura.

Addressing the Friday prayer gathering, he said that even after Ashura, if the Rangers were posted in Skardu, all the responsibility would be on the district administration in case of disturbance of law and order.

No decision will be accepted without consulting the senior scholars, leaders and stakeholders here.
