Courts lose their dignity by pronouncing dictated decisions, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas
Chairman Majlis Wahdat Muslim Pakistan Senator Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari has said in his statement that rejecting appeals for suspension of sentence in the marriage case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi is an act of revenge.
The Iddat case is purely a Shariah issue which is being made a joke by the courts. The dignity of the judiciary is subject to the fair judgments of the courts.
Courts which pronounce judgments on “specified dictation” instead of considering the facts lose their dignity.
For the betterment of the country, pressure-free decisions are indispensable, for political and economic stability in Pakistan, it is very important for all institutions to play a responsible role within their own constitutional boundaries.
He said that an innocent man was killed in Swat, extremism has become a scourge for the society.
We have to stop extremism, this fire will also burn our homes, the problem of missing persons is very painful, many mothers have left the world waiting for their children.
If the security agencies are unaware of the missing persons, then who is kidnapping them?
We have to raise our voice for the missing people, whichever tribe they belong to, missing is illegal and unconstitutional.
