Good news for Pakistani pilgrims going to Karbala for Arbaeen

Shiite News: The Iraqi Embassy in Pakistan has announced a new visa policy for Arbaeen Imam Hussain (AS).
Due to the efforts of Pakistan’s former foreign and interior minister, Iraq has made visa free for Pakistani pilgrims for the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Hazrat Imam Hussain (A.S.) from August 19 to September 20.

According to the details, the Iraqi Ambassador Hamid Abbas Lafta has issued a statement according to which, on the occasion of the visit of the Pakistani Foreign Minister and Interior Minister to Iraq, the Iraqi government authorities were requested to waive the visa fee for Pakistani visitors.

According to the notification issued by the Iraqi Embassy, Pakistani pilgrims have been granted visa-free entry to Iraq from August 19 to September 20 for pilgrimage to the holy places of Iraq.
