March 3, 2013, tragic day in history of Karachi, when Abbas Town was turned into Syria, Beirut

Shiite News: Today is the 10th anniversary of the tragedy of Abbas Town, the most tragic day in the history of Karachi, but the victims and the people of Karachi still could not forget this scene.

March 3, 2013 was no less than the day of doomsday when the outlawed Sipah Sahaba Lashkar. The Takfiri terrorists of Jhangvi parked a car full of gunpowder in the crowded area of Abbas Town and blew it up with explosives.

Hundreds of Shia and Sunni Muslims were martyred due to the explosion. While many children, youths, elderly and women became crippled, many families were destroyed.

Everywhere there were scenes of devastation and destruction, the condition of the buildings at the scene was reminiscent of a bombed-out area in Syria and Lebanon.

According to the report, some of the terrorists involved in this tragedy were arrested, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted a successful operation and arrested the wanted Takfiri terrorist Muhammad Anwar alias Maulvi Abdullah along with his accomplices.

The bounty was fixed at Twenty five hundred thousand but after this arrest, there is no information about whether he was punished by the judicial system or not even after 10 years.
