Ahle Sunnat delegation meets Allama Amin Shaheedi in Iraq

Shiite News: A 40-member delegation of Ahl-e-Sunnah and Shiite scholars and Muftis headed by Allama Muhammad Amin Shahidi, the head of Ummah Wahida Pakistan met with Syed Abdul Qadir Alusi, head of Majlis Ulama Al-Rabat Muhammadiyah, in Baghdad.

It should be noted that the delegation of Ummat e Wahida Pakistan continues to visit holy places in Iraq as well as meeting important religious figures.

In a meeting with the delegation, the head of Majlis Ulama Al-Rabaut Al-Muhammadiya, Syed Abdul Qadir Alusi, said in his special address that Takfiri elements are creating intellectual and ideological temptations in Iraq and its surrounding areas.

He said that unity among Muslims is the most important need of the hour after the Daesh militancy, when riots broke out in 6 Sunni districts of Iraq, Rabat-e-Muhammadiyah played his role for the elimination of ISIS.

He said that the flag of Majlis-e-Rabat Mohammadiyya having flag of peace against Daesh is white because of the flag of the Prophet (PBUH) and the Kufi letter on it is attributed to Hazrat Ali (PBUH).

Ahle Sunnah Sufis and Shias fought together against Daesh and Allah helped them. Takfiri thinking does not match with thoughts of Islam, Daesh tried to distort the real face of Islam.

He stated that the anti-Islamic forces want to distance the Muslim Ummah from Muhammad and his family so that the Ummah cannot be united.

At the end of the session, he presented the Arabic Nasheed Ana Mohammadi, and unveiled the Rabat-i Muhammadiyya flag.

During the meeting, the international delegation of Ahlesunnat also met and expressed their special love to the people of Pakistan.
