Allama Sajid Naqvi says protests will be held in Islamabad
Chief of Shia Ulema Council Pakistan Allama Sajid Ali Naqvi has said that there was a need to make national platform stronger.
He expressed these views while speaking at a congregation held to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Dr Haider, Allama Hassan Turabi and Allama Arif Hussaini here.Maulana Shabbir Meesmi, Maulana Jafar Subhani, Maulana Sheheryar Abidi and Maulana Raza Daudani attended the congregation at Bhojani Hall.
He said that it is obligatory on all Maumineen to make Millat’s platform stronger. He said that gradually, c entre of protests will be shifted towards Islamabad.
He said that target killings continued in every nook and corner of the country. He said that Karachi, Quetta, Parachinar, Hangu, Punjab and Gilgit-Baltistan have become Karbala for Shias. But, respectful millat have to tolerate martyrdoms.
He said that the protests against the killings have been started at local levels and God willing we shall shift the centre of protest to Islamabad soon.
