The court stopped the construction of Bibi Pakdaman’s mausoleum and graveyard. And constituted a committee comprising petitioner’s lawyer, federal government, Punjab government and auqaf lawyer, the court directed the committee to visit venue and submit a report tomorrow regarding the construction work. The Chief Justice remarked that there is no need to appoint a local commission. The petitioner’s lawyer said that the court first saw the objections raised in my application, the court saw whether the renovation and expansion of the court was correct in the light of the recommendations of the committee.
