Video viral on women trafficking for ISIS from Lal Masjid in Islamabad

This terrorist center is only a few steps away from PM House in the federal capital. In this respect, a video is viral on social media in which one can see that in the Madarsa Jamat Al Hifsa Lil Binat situated under the building of Lal Masjid, in which girl students are being trained for brutality in the name of Jihad. Later on, they will send to Syria for sexual assistance of ISIS terrorists.

The question is that despite frequent threats to the State from the Lal Masjid, why the Authorities are hesitant to take action against it?
