Justice System needs reforms, Allama Sajid Naqvi
Shiite News: The Head of Shia Ulema Council (SUC) Pakistan, Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi said that the Justice System in Pakistan has so many objections by which cases from top-level to bottom are deprived of justice. We are also affected by this system. Favoritism in investigation and prosecution are the major flaws of the prevailing justice system in Pakistan. He expressed such views while discussing the current situation of Pakistan, a recent report of Transparency International, and other issues.
He added that Extra-Judicial measures are not acceptable. No action is taken on deplorable incidents which are because of the prevailing faulty justice system. He quoted Hazrat Ali (AS) that the Government of an infidel ruler can survive but not injustice. Only justice can end all social evils.
He urged the need for immediate reforms in the prevailing justice system of Pakistan so that the country could prosper and strengthen.
