Accused of rape Mufti Shahnawaz acquitted despite solid evidences

Shiite News: Accused of rape with a female Madarasah student Mufti Shahnawaz has acquitted despite solid evidences which sufficient to understand loopholes in our judicial system.

According to details accused Mufti Shahnawaz was appeared in hearing of rape case with a female student at the court of Additional Session Judge, which sentenced his arrest out of law.

Additional Session Judge Malik Ejaz Asif ordered immediate release of accused on bail and termed arrest extra judicial. Court also ordered investigation team and accused to present in court on 30th August and stopped police to re-arrest the accused prior to 30 August 2021.
