Ulema and mourners honorably acquit in Arbaeen 2020 case

Shiite News: District and Session Court Jehlum honorably acquitted MWM’s Ulema and mourners in baseless case registered against them after Arbaeen Procession 2020. In said case MWM’s central leader Malik Iqrar Hussain, District Secretary Syed Waseem Haider and 16 mourners were included.

According to detail case was established on baseless complaint of the state contains allegation of violating fundamental citizen rights. In final hearing Honorable Judge dismissed the case in favor of Mourners. Advocate Syed Qandeel Mubasher and Syed Tahir Jafferi were pleading the mourners in said case.
