Nefarious game of degradation of Shia nation, initiated by Zia-ul-Haq is still going on

In this regard, the administration of Punjab attempt to register FIRs under provisions like 295A, 298A, 295C against the mourners just obstruct processions, ban congregations and incite the sentiments of Shia youth on social media.

Attacks on establish Shia principals by calling Shia scholars with weak knoledge on TV channels and attempts to lodge FIR against the sermons from the pulpit. Attempts to ban the publication and sale of Shia books, in order to stop the spread of Shiaism, have been counter-productive, because registration of any FIR and ban on the book requires approval from the United Ulema Board of Punjab and ban on a Majlis is stipulated with the approval of the Peace Committee.

Since its inception, on the recommendation of the Mahakma-e-Auqaf Punjab, the Provincial Government has been issuing notifications to four persons of each profession in each of the two institutions. But this time a very bigoted person (whose loyalty to Al-Saud is not hidden from anyone) was made the chairman of Muttahida Ulema Board Punjab. The Mahakma-e-Auqaf Punjab got ample opportunity for Shia hostility. For the first time in history, 10 member of Brailvi Sect, 9 members of Deoband sect, 6 members of the Ahl-e-Hadith sect while representation of Shia sect is consist upon only 5 members in Muttahida Ulema Board of Punjab with the ratio just of 25/5 which is clear deviation of MUB tradition.

The same was done in the peace committees to suppress Shiaism, ban Majalis and books sale, register FIRs and make Shias second-class citizens. This was realized when the FIR lodged against Ashraf Asif Jalali on committing blasphemy against the Makhdooma-e-Konain (Salamullah Alaiha) but the required provision were not included in it.
