The principals of Shia Islamic seminaries reposed their trust in him; therefore, the election body announced his reelection unopposed.

While expressing his views after reelection, veteran Shia Islamic cleric vowed no compromise on Islamic seminaries freedom.

Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Naqvi also known as Hafiz Riaz Najafi has begun consultation process for the new cabinet of federation of Shia Islamic seminaries.

On the occasion, Allama Afzal Hyderi presented 5-year performance report of Wifaqul Madaris al Shia Pakistan.

He also shared key points of active and positive role of Ittehad-e-Tanzeemat-e-Madaris-e-Deenia.

Moreover, he said that they have cooperated with the government.

He also referred to facts that Shia Islamic seminaries never supported any sort of terrorism.

Allama further said that their seminaries never did anything against national security.

He lamented that the government failed to honour keep its commitments which delayed registration of seminaries.

Allama Afzal Hyderi said that they don’t want confrontation but the government approved new federations to divide seminaries.

However, it has become clear that newly approved federations lack majority support.

Meanwhile, participants presented their proposals to further improve performance of Shia Islamic seminaries.
