Friday prayers leader of Gilgit City Allama Syed Rahat Hussain al Hussaini said the measures regarding this augur well.

He said that people of Gilgit Baltistan region long for equal rights like other citizens of Pakistan since long.

Allama Rahat further said that provincial status to GB region would help remove their sense of deprivation.

Meanwhile, he also spoke on Pakistan Day which nation will celebrate on March 23.
He said that the government should give constitutional status on Pakistan Day to complete the incomplete Pakistan.

Moreover, he also slammed the corrupt elements within the GB government.

Allama Rahat called for enforcement of merit in recruitment in health department and police department.

The eminent Shia Islamic scholar also condemned Waseem Rizvi of India for his blasphemous remarks against Quran.

He further said that Shia Islamic jurisprudents have disowned such people because they don’t follow Shia Islamic creed.
